Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-13 · Effective: on publication
Premium is sold through Polar, our merchant of record, so refunds are paid back by Polar to the payment method you used.
14 days on your first purchase
If Premium is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first purchase and we refund it in full. No questions, no forms. This applies to monthly, annual, and lifetime plans.
Renewals
Automatic renewals of monthly and annual plans are not refundable, except when:
- you were charged by mistake, for example a duplicate charge or a renewal after you had already cancelled;
- we removed a Premium feature in a way that meaningfully reduced what you paid for (see the Terms, §6); or
- the law where you live gives you the right to a refund.
To avoid a renewal you do not want, cancel before the renewal date. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens after a refund
- A full refund ends the Premium it paid for. For a subscription, we also end the subscription, so it does not renew.
- A refund of the unused part of a subscription (Terms §6 and §7) ends the subscription at the same time.
- A refund of the unused part of lifetime (Terms §6 and §7) counts lifetime as if it lasted 24 months: the amount you paid before tax, times the full months left of those 24, divided by 24. For example, US$99 paid 6 months ago gives 18 months left and a refund of US$74.25. After 24 months there is nothing left to refund. Premium ends when the refund is paid. Inside the first 14 days, the full refund above applies instead.
- A refund does not close your account or delete your content. Anything you created while on Premium remains yours, but Premium-only features stop working. Deleting your account is a separate step you take in Settings, and it erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy, §7.
When we process a refund, we tell you the amount and the date Premium ends.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your Tigris Zone account, and include the email you used at checkout if it is different. We reply to payment requests within 48 hours, weekends included.
Once we approve a refund, we issue it through Polar the same day. Your bank or card provider usually takes 5–10 business days to show it; that part is outside our control.
Contacting us first is optional. It is often the fastest way, but it does not limit your right to contact Polar, your bank or card provider, or a consumer authority.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and never replaces, any refund or withdrawal right that the consumer law of the country where you live gives you, including the right of withdrawal (derecho de retracto) under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011.
